We help business owners understand their capital options and connect them with a network of independent, third-party funding partners. We are advisors, not a direct lender. We do not lend money, make credit decisions, or disburse funds. All financing is provided by independent funding partners that make their own underwriting and approval decisions. We do not guarantee that you will be approved for financing or that any particular amount, rate, or term will be offered.

2. Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, a business owner or an authorized representative of a business, and legally able to enter into binding contracts. Our services are intended for business and commercial purposes only and are not offered to consumers for personal, family, or household financing.

3. What We Do and Do Not Do

We review the information you provide and present it to funding partners in our network; we help you compare offers and understand their terms, costs, and fees. We do not make any lending decision and cannot guarantee approval, funding amount, rate, term, or timing. Estimates, calculators, and pre-qualification figures shown on our website are for informational purposes only, are not an offer of financing, and do not guarantee that financing will be available.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of any documents you submit (including financial records such as bank statements) and represent that you are authorized to share them. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service.

5. Tools and Estimates

Our website may include tools such as funding calculators and estimators. These tools rely on the inputs you provide and on general assumptions; their outputs are illustrative only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, or an offer or commitment to provide financing.

When you choose to move forward, your information may be shared with independent funding partners. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or decisions of any third party. Any agreement you enter into with a funding partner is solely between you and that partner.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WC Advising LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
